Bike Rafting Down the Great Divide

During the summer of 2011, BD and great friend, Sean “Mailman” Mailen, rode the Great Divide Mountain Bike Route from Banff, Canada to Antelope Wells, NM. As a celebration of the ride’s ten year anniversary, BD set out again, but with Diana as his partner, to journey the length of the divide—except this time it wasn’t going to be all riding. Utilizing pack rafts and bikes, they made their way from north to south enjoying a different take on a classic route. Their journey was chronicled at Salsa Cycles and at Bikepacking.com.
